Rabe s books are so weird I get into them, and then, they get really boring, and I have to force myself to read, but then, something really cool happens, and I get into them again This book was slightly less episodic than Downfall, but it didn t pick up again the way Downfall does until the end The end of Betrayal is strong enough to make me give this book three stars rather than two and a half, like I was anticipating The ending has a surprising and unfortunate death, a character I really Rabe s books are so weird I get into them, and then, they get really boring, and I have to force myself to read, but then, something really cool happens, and I get into them again This book was slightly less episodic than Downfall, but it didn t pick...

Well, I really like the first book in the series, but this one wasa random, cool, fantastic stories in a string collection Still fun, and I loved the setting, but not a really continuous story And I still think they should have beaten those dread markers and dragon guards of the markers.
